How much does it cost to switch ?

Switching energy retailers through Switchme is completely free. However, it is important to note if you have signed a fixed-term contract with your energy company there may be penalties if you switch away. Please contact your existing retailer if you are unsure of your contractual obligations.

How does this RFP comparison process work ?

The SME RFP Tool allows businesses submit their electricity bill details for distribution to all participating retailers. The power providers will respond with pricing for the user's sites. The SME RFP Tool takes these offers from the retailers and calculates the cheapest option before presenting the user with a personalised results page and the ability to switch to their preferred retailer. How long will it take to switch ?

Switching power companies should happen within 10 business days of the tender being released. If you are concerned your switch has not completed/submitted, please call Switchme on 03 371 9449.

Who can complete this business RFP form ?

The user must be an authorised representative on behalf of the business. Please consider that in order to accept an offer, an authorised signatory who can legally bind the company may be required to complete the deal.

Any unauthorised or fraudulent use of the Switchme RFP tool may result in the RFP being cancelled without notice and may void any offers submitted by retailers.
