Just Energy's head office is located at 201 Hobson Street, Auckland.
How often will my meters be read?
Just Energy will read your meter monthly to ensure each bill is current and accurate. Please note that monthly meter reads for rural and business customers may not be possible. Just Energy will typically have a meter reader manually read the meter every second month. You may be asked to provide specific access details to assist the reader in gaining this read.
My current retailer installed a smart meter and can read it remotely. Will my new retailer be able to read this meter remotely also?
Your new retailer may not necessarily be able to read your current Smart meter. Some retailers have the technology to remotely read other retailer’s meters, but this is not always the case. If you find your meter is incompatible with your new chosen retailer they will continue to send a meter reader to manually read it.

Can I access my bill online?
Yes, you can receive your invoices via email and access your past invoices by using the Just Energy online portal. All Just Energy customers can register for this service at the Just Energy website.
