Once you have completed your sign up form, this will be forwarded on directly to your chosen retailer.
They will contact your existing supplier to advise them of your decision to switch and request that your property details be transferred to them.
If your existing retailer is happy with the request, they will release your property and you will officially become a customer of your chosen supplier.
You can then expect to receive a final bill within 10 business days from your current power company, and a welcome pack will arrive from your new supplier in the form of an email or a letter in the post.
There will be no interruption to your power supply while switching power companies so no need to worry!
Once you have completed your application you will receive a confirmation reference code and can rest assured that we will take care of the rest!
