We'll give you the control you need. To make things easier for you, we've set up Your Account. It's our handy online service at genesisenergy.co.nz that you can access 24/7 - and do things like enter meter readings, monitor your energy usage from bill to bill (for every address we supply energy to), get your bill online, as well as organise direct debit or credit card payments.
Our meters are advanced. We've also started upgrading our customers old electricity meters to
Genesis Energy Advanced Meters - which means there'll be no more estimated readings, estimated bills and visits from meter readers*.
We'll even make bills easy. As well as helping you keep your energy costs under control, we'll roll your electricity and natural gas into one bill and take 10% off when you pay your bill in full and on time. Plus, we'll make life easier by offering loads of ways to pay your bill, such as direct debit, credit card payments or internet banking.
